State of Flux Education is geared towards school and community groups.
State of Flux's dancefilm workshops appeal to a wide range of participants through being able to offer a variety of activities such as dancing and choreographing for the camera, camera work and editing. Participants will have the opportunity to try out all the different disciplines or focus on one, working alongside the experts to produce their finished dancefilm.
Workshops are devised specifically to each individual groups needs. Heather often works with a group over a number of sessions to produce a finished dancefilm which is then shown to an audience. DVDs are available of the film to go towards participants portfolios or as a record of their achievements.
Heather has been delivering educational projects since 2000 and has completed many successful community and school based projects receiving excellent feedback and results.
